How do I find my dog's size?
Tell me the breed, then the age. The number beside it is the size. Want to double check? Run a tape along the back, from the neck to the hip, in inches. That number is the size.
My dog is between two sizes. Which one?
The bigger one. Between two ages? The older one. A little room looks tailored in photos. A tight fit looks like a costume, and I'm not a costume.
What if the size is wrong?
It happens. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we swap it for another size. Send it back unused and unwashed, with the tags and packaging on. The pickup is ₹99. If the new size costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference comes back as store credit.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Partial COD is available at checkout, so part of it is paid when I arrive. Well, when the parcel does.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free across India, on every order.
How do I wash the embroidered ones?
Each design has its own care line on its page, because the work on each one is different. Not listed? WhatsApp us before the first wash and we'll tell you for that piece. Please don't guess. Sequins don't forgive.
When will it reach me?
We pack it in 1 to 3 working days. Then metro cities get it in 3 to 5 working days, other areas in 5 to 8. For Diwali, earlier is safer. I'm already waiting by the door.
